General Terms
All intellectual properties, copyright remain the property of Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. if the software or website or application is developed at Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. If not then if in case its a software ( script ) from a third party, then the rights remain with the original owner, and the reproduction is on buyers responsiblity. Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any copyright issues.
If in case there is any copyright issues, the complete responsiblity is of the buyer. Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any issues genereated due to that.
The client is not allowed to produce copies of the software, except one (1) copy for back up purposes. The client acknowledges that Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any damage to the clients computer system.
Modification of these terms of use
Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the codefingers.in Web Sites and Services are offered.
Any typographical, clerical or other accidental errors or missions in Sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller.
The specification for the Goods shall be those set out in the Sales documentation. Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make changes in the specification of the Goods.
Payment Terms
Subject to any special terms agreed in writing or published on the web site the Seller, the Seller shall invoice the buyer for the net sum due to the goods on or at any time after dispatch of the Goods.
The Buyer shall pay the price of the Goods on the payment date started in the Contract or if no express provision for the time of payment is contained in the Contract within 10days after the date of invoice notwithstanding the delivery may not have taken place and/or that the property in the Goods has not passed to the Buyer. The time of payment of the price shall be of the essence of the Contract. Receipts for payment will be issued only upon request.
Cancellation Policy
If the Client Cancel the project within 10 days of first payment made, charge will be calculated as per the work Developed within 10 Days. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the Client shall be liable to pay for all work completed.
Data Delivery of any Job
Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any damage/loss of client’s product/services whether it is website/software/graphics/content or any other stuff developed/provided by us after project delivered.
Any client has no right to claim any data/code/document/original file of his/her project/service. In rare cases, administration will be authorised to do as per the requirement and it will be charged extra.
Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. is fully authorised to sell/use client’s product/service provided by us if final payment is not cleared.
Job Coding Related
If the project is develop by Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. So client need to tell to Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. for any website related update. If client manage website from any other developer so Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any updates, maintenance or any coding damage. Client need to pay extra charges as per project updates in case of project is modified by another company.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Refund Policy
Designing, Website Maintainance & Software Consultancy Services Payment is Not Refundable after 10 Days. Website & other Development payment Refund is subject to complete of job status. Once project is started Payment is not refundable. Online Payment Refund Policy is depend on project work status.
We understand, however, that exceptional circumstance may occur due to the nature of the services we supply, so please, get acquainted with our Refund Policy before you order our software services to avoid dissatisfaction after the purchase.
You have the unconditional right to claim and receive a full refund for the software services within 10 days following the day of your purchase.
Since all of our services are intangible irrevocable goods ( software services), served instantly once payment is received, they come with a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee means we will be glad to return your investment if we are sure that the service is malfunctioning (i.e. doesn’t function according to the features as described) on a client’s computer/mobile device.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any Codefingers Technology Pvt. Ltd. services, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to receive a refund.
Requests for refunds must be:
Made within fourteen (10) days of the purchase date.
Upon sending a refund request, please allow our Customer Service Team up to one (1) business day to get back to you on the problem.
You should expect an email from our company.
If a refund is approved, it might take us up to 7-10 business day to process it. You will get the money returned in the same form of currency used for the purchase and it should appear on your debit card,credit card,prepaid debit card,gift card or Paypal statement within 7-10 business days upon us notifying you.
The refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or additional reimbursements.
No refund will be available after refund period(10 days) is over.
